So like Hi, Hey and howdy. This is Ciey Dada and I am back with yet another piece. If any of you darlings had ever wondered or wonders what *”Dada”* means well lemme tell you, – Dada means sister in the majestic language named Swahili.

Yeah back to today’s entertainment piece titled ITESTIFY , so like when I decided to start blogging the main aim for me blogging is to tell more people about Jesus in a creative way and to date I’m proud of myself for willingly doing this.

So here is a quick testimony about me (I hope it will be quick because I ramble a lot 😌. Okay okay back to the piece. I am third born of 3 and the only girl. I got 2 elder brothers that I love endlessly. My mom had our first born in her early twenties and about 2/3 years later she had my immediate elder partner. After having 2 boys my mom lived for almost a decade in bareness before she had me. She didn’t know I was growing inside her until about roughly 2/3 months of the pregnancy. My mom named me GRACE – because the good Lord showed her grace. Fast forward I grew up an obedient church goer (funny enough I do not recall any Sunday school lessons, I learnt the Bible on my own ☺️) but at the rough age of 9 I backside from going to church and would just not go when everyone else at home went. Finally @the age of 15 I wanted to now be part of a church again so I visited the church my family attended in my absence. That very Wednesday I got saved and gave my life to Christ. It had been an amazing experience accepting Christ and choosing to live for Christ.
My testimony is not WOW but 1it’s personal, 2 it’s true, 3.it’s an answer to somebody’s question(s) of salvation. My testimony does not entail tales where I smoked, I drank, I partied but it speaks of the *entitled*  1.mind I was set free from, 2.the adulter I was, 3. the life of covetousness I knew to be right and 4.the religious person I was.

The understanding many of us have that says 1. I grew up in church so I’m okay with God – 2. My mom prays for me – 3. My good deeds are my assurance that heaven is my home. 😭Well oh no no no boo boo growing up in church means nothing_you got to accept Christ in your life in your life through the sinners prayer and build a relationship with Him. Your mom praying for you means ZERO but a blessing for you and if you don’t work to maintain the blessing you a looser 💁‍♀️. Your good deeds mean nuil towards your salvation! It’s great to help out others but your intentions are of more concern.

If you haven’t yet I urge you to open your heart to the calling of salvation. Accept Christ as your personal lord and saviour, get baptized and please do not consider baptism as a baby actual baptism, get filled with the holy ghost. Adapt the character of Christ and a sense of Christ too and I promise your life will tell great testimonies of grace day after day. You’ll glow like never before and the peace you’ll find will surpass all forms of peace guaranteeing you growth.
